Tarmac poem.

In the countryside of the South West of England all of the farmers have been instructed by their local authorities to paint their buildings black. Farmhouse, barn, hutch, shed and shack. All are to be painted black. Spray pastures green with gasoline, poison the stream. Shoot all livestock without remorse; burn cow, burn sheep, burn pig, burn horse. Lay the shotgun and the shovel on the ground and then climb up on top of the burial mound. Now as you hear a low rumble coming from off in the distance you begin to understand that the council and the councillors intend to tarmac over all the land.
